Cape Town & Surrounds

Cape Town is the gateway to the Garden Route of the Eastern Cape and Route 62, which winds its way through the Little Karoo, onwards to Knysna and the wildlife areas close to Port Elizabeth. With spectacular scenery and diverse fauna and flora, the Cape has one of the world's richest plant biomes in its unique fynbos and the flora of Namaqualand.

Steeped in history, Cape Town is a cultural melting pot with its vibrant character derived from Khoisan and other African tribes from the North, and Indonesian, French, Dutch, British and German settlers. Seamlessly blending the old with the new, Cape Town has a magical quality that entices you from the moment you arrive.

The cosmopolitan nature of Cape Town offers a multitude of experiences. From pristine coastlines, the majestic Table Mountain and a glorious countryside to the first-class restaurants, shops and theatres, Cape Town will delight its visitors time and time again.
