Accommodation: North Island
Meal Basis: Full Board plus Activities & Drinks
This exquisite, privately owned Seychelles island is home to an eco-friendly lodge offering 11 über-luxurious villas, all situated a few metres from the ocean’s edge. Around the lodge – which was voted 'No 1 in the World - Best of the Best' in the 2006 Condé Nast Traveller Readers Awards – granite promontories dense with palm forests rise above fine sand beaches and calm aquamarine bays, where coral reefs thriving with marine life make for phenomenal snorkelling and diving. The focus on conservation means that visitors to North Island will be treated to sights of rare and endangered Seychelles flora and fauna, with a number of species reintroduced to the island in recent years.
North Island is a wonderful place to explore and enjoy as a family. Let North Island become the ultimate playground for your children, with a wide range of activities on land or in the water designed to keep young minds and bodies active.
Each family’s North Island experience is tailor-made and our Beach Buddy programme is based on the preferences of each child. The programme is personalised to satisfy the most inquisitive and thrill the most-adventure-seeking.
Parents are invited to join in, but all activities are supervised to provide peace-of-mind. A full childminding service is also available to allow you time to enjoy the romance of the Island together.
With your kids enrolled in North Island’s Beach Buddy programme, you can take time out to reconnect with each other in complete peace and quiet – unless of course you cannot resist a game of beach volleyball, a pizza-making lesson or a pirate treasure hunt!
