A short distance from the city centre, Hotel Tamboho is in an enclosed private compound which includes several small shops. The hotel is modern and stylish and has serene views over a small lake and paddy fields.
All 30 rooms are set over three floors and are air-conditioned, bright and spacious, with most having a balcony. All have wi-fi, en-suite bathroom and satellite television.
Tamboho has a good-sized swimming pool overlooking the lake and also a small restaurant offering hearty meals. Although it does not have the charm of other hotels in the city, it is a very good option with smart rooms and facilities to suit couples, families and also groups.
