Shibula Lodge & Bush Spa is located on the banks of a scenic river and has magnificent views of the overhanging cliffs, where the antics of the resident baboon troop entertain guests. The area surrounding the lodge also has the largest concentration of leopard in the reserve.
Accommodation is in 8 luxurious suites each with its own Victorian bath, separate toilet, inside and outside shower (in an enclosed area), double wash basin, mini bar and private patio. All suites are air conditioned.
Guests at Shibula can enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in open safari vehicles as well as guided bush walks and visits to the Bushmen paintings in the reserve.
With a pleasant climate all year round, guests can seek out lion, cheetah, buffalo, elephant and some of the best rhino sightings in Africa, as well as more than 350 species of birds. The full traversing rights in the reserve ensures spectacular game drives and an unforgettable experience.
